Usage, Privacy, and Payment & Refund Policy

Job seekers register their resumes and participate in interaction with each other by publishing topics, questions and answers, and reviewing the most important training events; The platform works to provide its services free of charge whenever possible and has been approved by the company's management, and in return it works to benefit from the data available to it to achieve the platform's goal and find financial resources.

The Company may review and update these Terms at any time; You should visit this page periodically to read the terms and restrictions governing your use of the Platform and any associated services provided by the Company.

1- Terms of Use of the Platform :

You acknowledge that the Platform, and all material on it wholly owned by the Company, we authorize you to view and use the material on the Platform only for your personal and not commercial purposes. This permission to use the platform is not considered a sale of any of the company's rights. You are permitted to use the Platform personally and you are not permitted to rent, lease, lend or transfer the Platform or any of the information it contains or any of your rights under this Agreement to any third party. You are not allowed to store any part of the information on the platform or that is handled unless you obtain permission from the company or the owner of the published material.

You must preserve all copyright and trademarks of the Platform and all proprietary notices contained in it in any copy thereof. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, transfer, publish, license or create derivative works from any material thereof. Use of such material on any other website or in any shared computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. You hereby warrant that you will not copy or use the HTML code that the Company builds to create its pages. All of the foregoing is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You hereby agree to the Platform's use of cookies or the like to track and evaluate your experience of using the Platform's website and services, with the aim of improving the Platform's services, providing customized content that suits your use of the Platform or facilitating or accelerating your browsing of its sections or services.

2- Registration and Password :

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You bear the consequences of all uses and activities that result from the use of your password regardless of whether it is authorized by you. You agree to notify the Company immediately if your password or registration is used in an unauthorized manner. The Company will not be liable for loss or damage that occurs as a result of unauthorized use of your password and registration.

For organizations, registering on any of Baab's platforms or benefiting from any of its services constitutes official authorization for the Company to list the organization's name among its success partners and to use its logo for this purpose on Baab's website or any other marketing tools of the company.

3- User Information and Data :

As part of your registration on the Platform, you will be required to provide the Company with certain information about you including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number, email and others (your information). You agree that the Company may share your information with employers who are looking for employees for their vacancies and training bodies that are looking for clients or trainees, you also agree to provide that information within the Company's services and products to third parties based on the preferences you chose during your registration and at any time thereafter If those preferences are available.

By posting any content or entering any data on any page of the Platform or any public or non-public section of it, whether it is your resume, membership profile, forum posts, employer pages, email addresses, names and information of other people, etc., you grant the Company and its affiliates the full right to use, reproduce, modify, adopt, publish, translate and analyze such content or data, as well as produce derivative works from it and distribute it to the public or to private parties specified by the Company, and you grant the Company the right to display all or part of the content locally or internationally; or merging it with other works in any way, whether in the media or using a technological means known now or another to be developed in the future. You warrant that the person who owns any rights in connection with such content assigns his or her related rights to the benefit of the Company, including moral, intellectual and other rights in full and effectively.

Baab seeks to make all data related to the user available to him as much as possible, but it will never guarantee the continued presence of this data on its servers. The client is solely responsible for saving important data such as job application forms, job interview evaluations, hiring decisions, and job offers. Baab will never compensate the client for the loss of such data, whatever the reasons.

The user can delete his account at Baab, we will then deactivate the account and keep the data for a temporary period to facilitate the user's return to Baab if he decides to do so, but the data will not be retained after 90 days have passed without the user returning to Baab and activating his account.

4- Platform Security Rules :

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to breach the security of this Platform by any means, including what may lead to breaches of the Platform's system or network security system, including but not limited to the following:

a) Accessing information that is not intended for the user, or accessing a server or account that the user is not authorized to access.

b) Attempting to detect, scan or test a system or network vulnerability or to breach security system and verification standards without the prior authorization of the Company

c) Attempting to interfere with the service of any user by sending unsolicited mail or mining the platform with viruses and similar methods

d) Sending unsolicited emails containing advertisements or promotions for certain products

e) Falsification of any of the technical protocols or any part of the information used in the e-mail authentication.

The company will investigate such breaches in cooperation with the relevant authorities and security agencies in prosecuting users who have committed such acts.

5- Prohibited Uses in Particular :

The platform should only be used for its legitimate purposes by users looking for work or professional information to help them in their working lives, employers looking for employees, and training organizations looking for trainees. You warrant, agree and warrant that you will not use the Platform (or plan, abet or assist others to use it) for any purpose or in any manner contrary to those purposes. The Company in particular prohibits any use of the Platform for any of the following purposes:

a) Deliberately posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate information in the CV or posting scientifically incorrect topics in the forums to achieve fame, ostentation, self-promotion or controversy.

b) impersonate any person, or represent any entity in any way without their written permission, or defame any person or entity.

c) Post or broadcast any Content that you do not have the right to republish, display or broadcast under any law or established contractual relationships.

d) Post or broadcast any advertising or promotional materials, e-mails or any other objectionable material, or any information not related to the résumés and sections of the Platform's forums such as political opinions and other materials.

e) Using any loophole in the platform to delete or modify any material belonging to other persons.

f) use any tool or software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform or any activity conducted on the Platform, or take any action that places the Platform's infrastructure to an unnecessary load and overburden it;

g) Using the Platform to collect resumes for other than vacant positions, for the purpose of creating a resume database, or to use personal information for any purpose other than employment.

h) Your sharing of a password that enables you to access non-public areas of the Platform with a third party or your use of this password for an illegal purpose.

i) Use any search engine, program, or any other means to browse or search the Platform other than the search engines and search engines provided by the Company, and the search engines and Internet browsers provided by reputable international bodies such as Google and Microsoft.

j) Attempt to decrypt, disassemble or reassemble any of the software that makes up the Platform or part of it.

k) Broadcasting, publishing or distributing any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, obscene, morally or religiously objectionable, offensive to a person or entity, or contrary to public taste.

l) Publish or broadcast any content that includes or leads to malicious programs such as viruses and others that aim to damage, interfere, receive any information in a fraudulent manner or seize its ownership.

n) Using the communications provided by the platform in a manner that affects the availability of its sources or negatively affects its users, such as (the use of capital letters, which gives the meaning of shouting loudly or sending a text repeatedly).

o) Attach, publish or transmit any content in the manner of any patent, trademark, or any proprietary right or trade secret belonging to any other party, or infringing the personal rights of any third party, without obtaining its permission.

p) Respond to any job opportunity announced on the platform for any purpose other than applying for a job, and inciting communications against other parties, whether from other employers or competitors.

q) Printing or copying any personally identifiable information about employees, or the nature of their employers' work, as well as unsolicited emails or phone calls, and sending them to others without the company's permission.

r) Resell or transfer your duties or rights in these Terms, or breach any local or international laws applicable in this Agreement.

6- Monitoring :

The Company will have a passive role in monitoring user postings as it will not monitor such material. You bear full responsibility for any damages that may result from your viewing of any data or publications on the platform, and the company cannot in any way assume any responsibility or provide any compensation for that and shall not be liable for the actions of its perpetrators towards other users. If the Company's attention is brought to the attention of a user who alleges that there is material inconsistent with these Terms, Company may verify the veracity of the allegations and make a good faith decision to delete, amend or request that such material be removed; The company also reserves the right to:

a) Prevent users from accessing the Company's websites and locations when they breach these Terms or the law

b) Delete posts that are illegal, obscene, or that aim to cause chaos from the platform

c) take necessary action with respect to any material posted by a user that the Company believes may expose them to the matter or may result in the Company losing part or all of the services it obtains from Internet service providers or other providers, or may result in damage to it in any way.

7- The Responsibility of the Company :

The company does not interfere in the processes that occur between job seekers and employers or training bodies. The Company has no control over the quality or legality of resumes posted, jobs posted, or any material posted on the Platform, nor the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to job seekers, the ability of job seekers to fill these vacancies, nor the quality of training products. You expressly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the form of your content and the accuracy of your resume or any material you place on the Platform. Employers are solely responsible for the use of CV data in accordance with these Terms. The Company is not responsible for any material posted on the Platform whose content may be offensive or inaccurate. The Company cannot and will not guarantee the identity of each user of the Website.

The Company cannot be considered an organization looking for employees, and the Company will not be held responsible for employment decisions made by any entity that advertises vacancies on the Platform or uses its services to search for employees. The Company will not provide any guarantees and will not be responsible for any employment that you may obtain. In the event of a dispute between you and another user, the Company, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from such disagreement, whether material or moral, direct or indirect. The platform contains links to other websites. The Company provides these links for your convenience and does not endorse or take responsibility for the materials contained in these links. The Company is not responsible for viruses or any other malicious software that may infiltrate through these websites or links. You will be responsible for your decision to access other websites through those links.

Materials published on the Platform or its Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. The Company will not provide status data on the correctness, accuracy or completeness of the materials posted by users. You are solely responsible for the consequences of your use of or reliance on the Platform and the materials posted on it.

The Platform may periodically be subject to changes made from time to time. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform and its server (or any programs or materials accessible through the Platform) are free from viruses or any other harmful programs. The Company will not bear the costs of replacing equipment or information as a result of damages that may result from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services or materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims warranties, whether implied or express, and the Company makes no warranties as to the accuracy, correctness, completeness, or validity of the time period, services, software, text, designs or links.

8- Obligation and Responsibility of the User for Compensation :

You are responsible for your full compliance with these terms, and in the event that you breach any of them or the Company is not able to verify and prove the correctness of any information you provided, the Company may pursue all its legal solutions which include without limitation the removal of your job advertisements from the Platform or the immediate revocation of your registration or ability to access to the Platform or any other service provided by the Company to you. The company will have the right to revoke your access to the platform at any time without any prior notice, as well as stop following up or modify the information contained in the platform or cancel the platform itself at any time. You agree that the Company is entitled to receive equitable compensation in addition to the value of the financial damage in the event of a breach by you of the Company. You agree to indemnify the Company, its employees, directors, and agents for any untrue claims or demands made by you, including without limitation the costs of legal process and accounting costs arising from such claims or your breach of these Terms or your violation of any right of third parties, including without limitation Inventory of property rights, financial and intellectual rights.

9- Ads :

The platform aims to provide many free services to job seekers, employers and training bodies, so it depends on the income of commercial advertisements in addition to subscriptions. The company has the full right to display commercial advertisements on any page or website within the platform or its other services according to commercial agreements and pricing that it decides and may amend it from time to time without prior notice, and in no way can the company be held responsible for any damages or deceptions suffered by the user of the platform or other affiliated sites as a result of viewing advertisements therein; The company also has the absolute right to refrain from displaying or blocking any advertisement without giving reasons at any time or date and without providing any compensation, and in particular the company prohibits advertisements that contain the following:

1- Attacking the Islamic religion or society's norms, values or traditions

2- Advertisements that aim at political influence or that may lead to inciting public opinion or causing unrest

3- Indecent advertisements or containing sexual gestures, statements or insinuations

4- Ads that call for illegal, immoral or illegal practices, or market what leads to that

5- Advertisements that the company estimates will cause damage to its business, reputation, legality or competitiveness.

10- Payment and refund:

At Baab, we aim to provide valuable services that help you achieve your goals. This means our investment in developing these services on an ongoing basis, and thus the necessity of obtaining a financial return. Therefore, in no case may the client use paid products or services without paying their value determined by Baab; The client must pay for the products and services before activating them. Regardless of anything else, the client remains responsible for adhering to this principle even if for some reason he is able to obtain the products or services without paying for them.

Currency and prices: All prices are in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated on the payment page. Baab reserves the right to change the prices of services and products without prior notice; Checking the price of products and services during the purchase process is entirely the responsibility of the client. Baab will also not guarantee that there are no accidental errors that may occur during the payment process as a result of technical or other problems that may cause a difference in the value of the products or some errors in calculating discounts. The client is also responsible for paying any current or future taxes determined by the government related to purchases.

Payment methods: The payment gateway accepts bank or credit cards or bank transfers. Accepted cards will have their logos or names displayed on the payment page. Incomplete payment is not binding on Baab and it has the right to reject the purchase when this happens and refund the amount paid to the client according to what this policy specifies in the Cancellation and Refund section. In all cases, the purchase process is considered complete only when the full purchase amount reaches Baab's bank accounts.

Cancellation and refund: The services provided by Baab are electronic and therefore the amounts paid to purchase them are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the sales agreement. However, Baab reserves the right to accept some refund requests if it is proven that the client deserves a refund or for marketing purposes or for the purpose of returning an amount paid during an incomplete purchase, or for other reasons it decides; and if Baab decides to refund the amount, it alone can determine how to refund the amount and the date of the refund. It also has the absolute right not to refund and provide alternative products to the client instead if it deems it appropriate. If Baab cancels or suspends the service to the client permanently or temporarily as a result of the client's violation of Baab's Usage and Privacy Policy, the client will not be compensated in any way and the amounts paid are considered non-refundable.

Credit card information: Baab is very careful about the privacy of client financial information and adheres to official regulations in this regard. The information that may be collected in Baab does not include client credit card details. Your credit card information will never be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third party.

Compensation for service interruption: If the client's service is interrupted for proven reasons related to Baab without any violations by the client, the client has the right to submit a compensation request to Baab management, and Baab will study the request and make the decision alone whether the client will be compensated or not, and in the event of compensation, the refunded amount will not include the value of the days in which the client benefited from the service or product. In all cases, the compensation value shall not exceed the value of the paid subscription at a maximum.

Inability to use the platform: If the client is unable to use the Baab platform or parts of it for technical or non-technical reasons that Baab does not have control over, Baab will never be responsible for that and will not be obligated to compensate the client in any way, even if those reasons are related to Baab's servers, software, application, or any other components of its platform or services.

Data saving: Baab seeks to make all data related to the client available to him as much as possible, but it will never guarantee the continued presence of this data on its servers. The client is solely responsible for saving important data such as employment application forms, job interview evaluations, hiring decisions, and job offers; Baab will never compensate the client for the loss of such data, whatever the reasons.
